The SET comes with a badge reel and matching stethoscope ID tag. The carabiner reel is perfect for attaching to your belt, key ring, lanyard, purse, etc., and is easy to clip on and off. The design is covered with mylar for protection and wipes clean with a soft cloth. The stethoscope ID tag fits standard stethoscopes and does not fit the Littmann® Cardiology III™ Stethoscope or stethoscopes with thicker tubing.
