Drill a 1/4" hole for the pin (it should be snug). push the dome with pin into the hole. Move the door against the bumper and rotate the dome so the bumper is flush against the door. Mark the center of the front hole, rotate the dome out of the way and drill a 3/16" hole. If the material is solid, then use only the wood screw, otherwise, use the plastic anchor and the screw.
